The laws of Nigeria, (THE CONSTITUTION FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA 1999 – Section 37 – this section grants and protects the rights of Nigerians to privacy with respect to their digital devices and telegraphic communication as correspondent, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Agreement and your use of our service.
